Well, there's a reason that game was called a simulation. Guests throw up a lot, either because they don't know their limitations or because they underestimate the effect that bags of cotton candy and hamburgers that look like they were cooked during the Reagan administration have on their stomach. Not counting my one-man fetish stage show, I was thrown up on three times over the summer, once by a little kid who I assume mistook me for a garbage can and twice by people on the Round Up, like a puke lawn sprinkler. For some reason, people don't seem to realize that sexism no longer exists today and both sexes are treated with complete equality, especially in the entertainment industry. If anything, men are the ones being discriminated against. Seriously, think about all those roles that women selfishly hog up that are off-limits to even the most talented male actors. It's time to stop this woman-centric hand-wringing on how to make female characters better and focus on helping the real victims of Hollywood sexism by asking: How can we make male characters worse?I teamed up with fellow strong female writer C. To fool the drug test, she would insert a small bottle of someone else's urine inside of herself. Yes, a small vodka bottle filled with the urine of an entirely different drug addict, who failed the test anyway. It was almost too easy. Authorities suspected something was awry, I like to think because they saw her reach into her foxhole and unscrew something before peeing, and then conducted a scan that revealed the bottle. This, combined with the fact that she just used the pee of a different addict, meant perhaps Salzgeber was too far ahead of the curve for this kind of testing. timber land

After getting out of the hospital, this proto-Female Venom was supposed to bond with the alien symbiote, the source of Venom's power, and become a sinister villainess whose main thing was that she didn't trigger Peter's spider-sense, and could thus attack him from the shadows. It's also worth mentioning that the comic book symbiotes have the ability to "give birth" to other symbiotes, which would fit beautifully into a story of an insane, grieving mother who lost her child. Unfortunately, Marvel editor Jim Salicrup thought that a woman, even when smeared in extraterrestrial vegemite, wouldn't be a believable threat to a teenager with spider superpowers. That's when Michelinie reworked the idea and came up with the Eddie Brock Venom, effectively robbing us of a chance to see a truly unique baddie beat both Spider-Man and 1980s comic book sexism harder than some readers would've beaten their dicks to this character, probably. As the YouTube video went viral and Hewlett-Packard received allegations of digital racism, the company quickly explained that the webcam has difficulty recognizing "contrast" in low-light situations -- such as, you know, a black face on a regular office background. And sure enough, when more foreground light was added in a separate test, the webcam's attitude toward black people became much more open-minded. If nothing else, we learned that, like Veridian Dynamics, HP's webcam division apparently doesn't employ black product testers. timber land boots Moe insurance, moe problems. That's not really Moe from the Three Stooges. I just thought that if you're going to gaze into the sad eyes of an actor who sold his dignity for the scraps of money he made from this insurance ad, it might as well be someone I'm familiar with. It was a toss-up between Moe and that guy I pushed off some scaffolding that time, since he was making the exact same face. But 20 years later, it's working. Modern movies are generating more superheroes than Take Your Child to Work Day at a toxic waste recycling plant, and more money than the resulting lawsuits. But too many are ending up with the same formula: anonymous nobody, tragedy-accident, things keep getting worse until they're forced face their problems, and everything somehow works out wonderfully. Superhero movies shouldn't have the same structure as Lifetime specials about abusive husbands. Which is why I've come up with dozens of ideas to improve movies. True, most are about how the Kaidanovskys survived in Pacific Rim, but until we get an awesome Russian Giant Robot prequel, thereby completing cinema, here are six story elements other movies can try. timber land boots

Mamma mia!"If you throw these two ideas into a blender do not try this with a regular one>, what you get is a game where Mario can finally drive outside the boundaries of the same old tracks and explore a huge open-world setting. And, yes, this setting can be a city, since Mario Kart stages like this one have established that those exist in the Mario universe, despite Bowser's best efforts to enforce a feudal system. Mario can even step off his vehicle to enter buildings and carry out crazy side missions, like maybe doing some damn plumbing for a change. For once, Mario's fiscal reserves wouldn't reset back to 0 once he collects 100 coins, and he'd actually be able to save money in order to buy upgrades for his kart that would allow him to reach new areas and discover secrets. And then, every once in a while, everything I've said so far goes out the window as the gameplay devolves into chaotic races in the proudest Mario Kart tradition, with the caveat that all those buildings and stuff you're mindlessly crashing into now mean something, since you've actually been in them. You could also race online with other players -- or, better yet, make the whole damn game an online multiplayer. Imagine being about to finish a side mission inside a building when BOOM! A blue shell comes out of nowhere and blows you to shit. Via YouTube timber land Or this . . . whatever this is. So, when I read that Activision, the company behind Skylanders, had bought the license to make TMNT games, I thought that made perfect sense. Imagine a game that combines Skylanders technology with the adult nerd's constant search for an excuse to buy action figures again . The gameplay would be the same as every TMNT game so far: four co-op players go around various stages kicking ass. You start with the four main turtles and can play through the entire game with them, but if you're willing to shell out a few more bucks, you get to play as Napoleon Bonafrog, or Sergeant Bananas, or Slam Dunkin' Don, or 200 other guys. The game would be the same, but the different abilities, weapons, and character combinations would keep it interesting. And hey, if you're left with a new version of your favorite childhood TMNT figure adorning your shelf, so be it. Of course, that's not what Activision did with the license -- instead, they went and announced a game featuring the ugliest-looking version of the turtles this side of Michael Bay. Even worse for wrestling fans, whereas studios cast their movies based on a legitimate belief that they're picking the best available actor for the role, by all indications the WWE throws these twists and turns into the mix with the sole intention of making fans angry. The statue was originally meant for the main post office, but for some reason the director wasn't too thrilled about it. So Cerny went all out and installed it as close to the original as humanly possible, thus establishing once and for all that in the Czech Republic, "artist" is just another word for "professional troll. We know, we know -- that's generally not the kind of thing you want a whole field of science to say, but when all you have to work with are a bunch of bones sticking out of the ground, it can be easy to get things wrong. And sometimes they get things really wrong, giving us a view of the past that more closely resembles the fever dreams of a Muppet designer than actual animals. Unlike the wild continents of Africa and Asia, North America didn't really have any impressively dangerous animals like lions or rhinos. It soon became kind of a joke for the rest of the naturalist world. So the discovery of the mastodon became a source of nationalist pride for the early United States -- a monster so vicious and ferocious that even the rules of basic biology couldn't contain its bloodlust. Thomas Jefferson even assigned Lewis and Clark a secondary mission objective: to find evidence of living mastodons pillaging native villages in the wild uncharted West. In the meantime, a mastodon skeleton featured in the Philadelphia Museum was altered to look tougher, with its tusks turned downward like a saber-toothed tiger:Edouard de Montuleacute;, via Common-PlaceMeanwhile, other researchers came up with even more creative theories:Alexander Anderson, via Common-Place Christian Louboutin Outlet Botas Timberland para 2014 byMatthew_Johnson UGG Zappos Comedy! If you laughed at that, you're the answer to every "Who is buying this shit?" question ever. Money is great, but when you're trying to build a career in comedy, letting someone put jokes like those in your mouth can destroy your momentum pretty quickly. So, Brian Dunkleman had to decide whether the money he stood to make from sticking around was worth doing work he hated under terrible conditions. He decided it wasn't. What came from that decision speaks directly to the point I wanted to make when I decided to write about the show in the first place. American Idol is regularly dismissed as a cheap and easy way for someone to "win" a career in music. Is it, though? For one thing, you don't win a career; you win the opportunity to release one album. Music history is littered with countless acts who had one shot to release an album and made nothing else of it, and the majority of them didn't have the stigma of being a "contest winner" who hasn't paid enough dues to be earning a living playing music. Carrying that burden just makes your chances of succeeding all the more slim. For every Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood who managed to actually develop a successful music career, there are twice as many Taylor Hickses and David Cooks we'll most likely never hear from again. Not because we're cowards or anything, we swear -- we just don't run into too many dictators in our day-to-day lives. Besides, we still need to talk to our downstairs neighbor about how loud he plays his music, and we're waiting for the right time. And then there are these folks, who stared right into the eyes of heavily armed evil and slowly, purposefully, without ever breaking eye contact, raised both middle fingers. christian louboutin 120 baratas botas timberland high top

That shingled-roof formation is actually what gave the stegosaurus its name, and all things considered, it was a fairly reasonable assumption to make. Hell, we have tiny versions of that animal around now. It wasn't until years later that scientists started standing the plates upright, eventually shuffling them around to the version we recognize today. But if the plates weren't armor, it raised a whole new question: What exactly did these plates do? Were they used for protection? Temperature control? Could they fold those suckers down like wings and take off like an airplane? Haha, that would be ridic-Ogden Standard-Examiner precio botas timberland botas timberland niño Aw man, you just got Care Bear burned. But it used to mean . . . "Egregious" comes from "grex," the Latin word for "flock," and refers to anything that separates itself from a group, whether that's by being unbearably awful or super-duper hella rad. By that definition, the IHOP waiter who screwed up your order and farted in your coffee is just as "egregious" as the one who did a full-on striptease, gave you some bacon to ease your hangover tomorrow, and didn't mind heating up the syrup for your pancakes. How'd this change happen? No one knows for sure . . . but it does have an unsettling implication: that we stopped prioritizing individuality. How often is "standing apart from the flock" a good thing anymore? Sure, we tell people to be their own person, but we don't actually mean it, because otherwise we wouldn't know what kind of shit to sell them. "Exceptional behavior" started to mean "obeying orders particularly well," and the other use of "egregious" just kinda fell by the wayside. Somewhere along the line, we stopped valuing people who followed their dreams no matter how many people told them not to. The alternative is that this is a totally meaningless fluke of language and I'm reading way too much into it. UGG Australia|UGG Zappos Turns out they totally deserve it!I wasn't going to defend American Idol, really. It was more about the contestants and the theory that appearing on the show gives you an unfair leg up in the music business. We actually talk about that a bit on the podcast, but in the course of talking to Brian Dunkleman, it became fairly obvious that the column shouldn't be about defending the contestants; it should be about defending him . Here's the thing: In the annals of pop culture history, Brian Dunkleman's decision to quit American Idol is cited as a totally self-inflicted Pete Best situation.
