28/04/2011 - 14h:28 STF impõe regras sobre suplentes; Daltinho pode perder cadeira na AL

O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) decide nesta quarta (27) qual deve ser a ordem de convocação para as suplências, no caso de licenças dos parlamentares. A definição é aguardada porque vai regular se os suplentes dos partidos ou das coligações devem ser convocados. Em Mato Grosso, a definição colocará fim na queda-de-braço entre o republicano Emanuel Pinheiro e o peemedebista Adalto de Freitas, o Daltinho.

 

Eles disputam a “tapa” a cadeira da deputada licenciada Teté Bezerra, que atua como secretária estadual de Desenvolvimento de Turismo. Emanuel, inclusive, chegou a legislar na vaga dela, mas teve que deixar o posto depois que Daltinho conseguiu uma liminar na Justiça, sob o argumento de que o posto pertence ao partido e não a coligação.

 

Diante do impasse, o PR teve de fazer uma “manobra” para beneficiar Emanuel. Mauro Savi (PR) se licenciou, abrindo espaço para o colega por 121 dias. Assim, caso o STF decida que os suplentes do partido devam ser convocados, os republicanos, após o final da licença dele, devem iniciar um rodízio, para que todos sejam contemplados.

 

Enquanto a decisão é aguarda pelos deputados estaduais, na Câmara Federal não terá nenhum efeito direto na composição da bancada de Mato Grosso. Atualmente legislam os suplentes Roberto Dorner e Neri Geller, que são do PP, mesmo partido dos titulares Eliene Lima e Pedro Henry. Eles se licenciaram para assumir as secretarias estaduais de Ciência e Tecnologia e de Saúde, respectivamente.
